This kiln is a lampworker's dream! 10" wide double doors gives artists 20" total width for inserting bead rods. Kiln comes with a short door on the left and a tall door on the right. The short door features a 1/2" gap underneath and includes a double mandrel holder which allows artists to have bead mandrels in the kiln while keeping the door closed. The tall door fits snugly against the kiln floor when in the closed door position. The doors are interchangeable, so artists may customize them for their own comfort. A stainless steel glass rod warmer is featured on top of the kiln, allowing artists to pre-heat their glass rods, saving precious production time. The BlueBird XL has a 3-key Sentry Xpress digital controller to maintain the annealing temperature that you program. UPS-able.
