Home School - Mixed Media Arts Program

Service Description

This program is a great option for kids in a home school educational platform, doing online education or looking for an artistic after school glass adventure. In this educational experience, students discover their artistic abilities in drawing, painting and then moving those designs into glass. Within a semester platform the course expands the boundaries of art possibilities. Emerging students to work with multiple platforms from woods, canvas, rock and of course glass! Students gain new skills, knowledge and abilities in a learning environment that is centred in the core of a glass studio workshop. Igniting new interests and helping youth discover a wide range of artistic talents! Mixed Media Arts Program $275/month +gst Additional materials may be required. Our program is designed for full semester enrolment with monthly fees. We also are able to provide the option of only enrolling your child on a single month basis. However this is not ideal as the curriculum can at times overlay into the next month and is designed over a full semester term. By completing the current no fee pre-registration, we can assess program move forwards if enrolment numbers are met you will be notified and program fees will then be due. Please specify in the comments section your child(ren's) names, grades and ages accordingly - thank you. Program runs every Tuesday's Home School Program 11:00 am - 12:30 pm October Dates: 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31 November Dates: 7, 14, 21 & 28 Registration confirms and reserves your child's spot. If you require additional information email office@underthesun.glass with your name, your child's name/age/grade. Classes run with a minimum of students and our full program class size is maximum 12. Cancellation Policy

Class/Workshop Participant Cancellation Policy We know "life happens" and sometimes changes to your class registration need to happen and as a valued customer we are able to offer the following. Please note that accommodating short notice changes is costly for us as supplies preparation, instructor & staffing fees and the loss of revenue from vacant workshop space(s) forfeit us the opportunity to fill short notice cancellations. For cancellations 1 week or greater we first look to re-book your class or workshop at time of cancellation. If a re-booking is not possible, an in-store credit studio account will be set-up for you and your registration purchase will be applied for future use towards an alternate future class/workshop registration or it can be used for shopping with us. For cancellations 72 hours or less, due to the costs of set up, supplies prep, staffing/instructor fees, and the inability for us to re-sell your workshop space(s) on short notice your cancellation will unfortunately have to be considered a forfeited opportunity. Please contact us either by email office@underthesun.glass or call the studio 780-739-1112 to advise us of any class or workshop registration changes you may have. Participants that No Show  No shows are considered forfeited opportunities and the above policy does not apply.
